CG is a fixed location on the aircraft...on all AC scheamtic diagrams, it is shown with a CG symbol. Any station on the aircaft fuselage is always
listed as a +/- location in reference to it. Usually the CG is located on the apex of the wing root. But in swept wing aircraft it is a little aft
of that.
