@DragonEmperor, yes that can be very frustrating indeed.
BTW you often have the same problem with Jeppeson, real weather can place you in interesting problems wich you have to solve!
The best thing you can do when passengers keep screaming is increase your speed, Im talking about 747 400 as always, increase speed to max, offer them
some drinks and better more drinks and even more drinks and then when they are quite happy and don't complain anymore, put on your parachute, push the
stick forwards, autopilot at max speed, f=0 jump out in time and enjoy the silence, no more compalining about turbulance
