Back on topic. The "Cruise Fuel/hr" is in my definition: fuel burned between Top of Climb (ToC) and Top of Descent (ToD) divided by time (hh:mm:ss).
Some FMS' and POH's give data to allow calculation of ToC and ToD to be used in flight planning. Most useful for fuel planning.
