Don't recall I ever bought anything there or got any software keys from that place particulary. So I think not.

So assuming I got it from one called "Dan" (which is the developer I presume) I just need good luck!?!?!?

I assume the above does not involve proper service lending when necessary personal product information is lost to a user.

Statement: This software is nice.

But IMHO not worth 30 bucks.

And I know a sizeable amount of people ever bought this product. So that's more then one big holiday vacation in earnings. That while running a crappy
server to run a weak looking 2D imagery site interface. And to furthermore enable bandwith with a 100Kbit upload connection for a few megabytes sized
FSX addon.

All that and in the meanwhile you fail lending proper services.

Why am I acting like this

because after posting I stumbled upon a lot of similar threads where people have similar situations to my own on this board and most of them didn't
get helped either. Or they did got helped privately and just by accident all forgot to leave a thankyou in their thread.

And because I see how very active this community is online (not) so I'll just look for alternative software and if not available excluse the whole
passenger thing from my system.
