The one you downloaded doesn't appear to be a payload model at all...looks like it's a tweaked file for a particular A340-600...maybe for the CLS
model but it certainly doesn't go in the payload model folder...looks like it's for the aircraft specific folder.
Anyway, go look for the "846 Commercial_Level_Simulations" file in the payloads section of "More Downloads". It has only one .ini file without a .jpg.
Just copy the .ini file into the payload model folder. When you load your aircraft in the sim, see if you can load the aircraft with that .ini file.
If it doesn't show up correctly, you may have to adjust the aircraft title within the aircraft .cfg to match exactly the title of the .ini file.
