If you reformatted your hard drive, I'd say you likely lost quite a bit 
I'm assuming you patched FS9 to 9.1 before installing FsP? Also, there are
various topics concerning Win 7 and Fs9/FSX. You may want to search the forums for anything related to the particular issues you may be having with
