Start experimenting with your ticket price. Start at the high end of "good" pricing and see what happens. This a boring and tedious
process called Cost vs. Benefit analysis. Don't look at just the fact that there are fewer pax. Using your old high school calculator and 9th
grade algebra and some time you will find that there is a happy price where you get the most money per plane load. You will know when
you have found it (for each plane) when by chargeing just a little bit more, that plane makes less money than before. Remember that you
don't have to do the flight, 1) Pick your pricing, 2) load your plane, 3) calculate your money for that plane load, 4) cancel the flight and go
back to step #1. Like I said boring.
