Well following the advice from the mods i would say Google it!

However there are a number of ways to do this, you don't strike me as being overly IT literate so... Control Panel > User Account and
Family Safety > Click on your user account > Go to the Main User Account Page > Change Security settings
In the "Turn on user account" click to unselect the User Account Control.
Please note, while next to useless, this does provide some protection against unauthorised execution of programs.
This can also be done through msconfig, in the tools tab click on the Disable UAP and press the launch button.
Both of these require a reboot.

zulu, this chap cannot get what he has paid good money for working; telling him to search and then providing two links, one of which
didn't even relate to the OS, FS Pax version, or Flight Sim version he has isn't the best way of providing customer satisfaction. Not to
mention, he doesn't seem terrible computer literate, perhaps he isn't used to using forums and searching for answers.
