Joe, I agree that civil discourse is the only foward. But the defensiveness being displayed by iflyfsx, who I see is not a moderator (which
doesn't make any difference in terms of whether it is right or wrong), is uncalled for and unnecessary. Greg is justified in his frustrations
and his points are 100% valid. Of course they are - he's a paying customer and he's not being unreasonable in what he questions. There's an old saying - "the customer is always right". If you attempt to silence and deny a justifiably disappointed customer who is already frustrated, you cannot expect a positive reaction. Treat people decently and 99% of the time, they react in a decent manner.
Mocha, I have tried your suggestions very carefully and still no luck. Not sure what I should do next. I have had no response from Dan.
