Have you looked at the event viewer? I highly suspect that you have an incompatible library link after a MS security update. You can
access the event viewer by clicking the Windows button and typing "eventvwr.msc" (without quotes) in the search box. Look at the
Application and Services log, and take note of anything with a yellow exclamation (!) or red X. This will give you a clue as to whats causing
the conflict if there is one.
