Not sure how I missed this post the other day since I too seem to have a similar issue. The only difference is that my mini FSP display
fully developes but seconds later get a crash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled bot FSPx and the MD-11x multiple times and still get
these crashes. I look through the FSP log.txt shows the reason why. It shows that all of the windows are taken by the MD-11 or at least
most of.
I never had issues before either and you can read my post here. http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showth...p?tid=8298
Only since I upgraded to Windows 7 have I had this issue but have seen several users without problems, all running FSP-X, MD-11 with
Windows 7. I don't know of any specific update I installed that could cause the problem since I hadn't simmed in a while before noticing it.
Last time I uninstalled both FSP & the MD-11, manually deleted left overs including trusted lines from the FSX.cfg that remained for both
apps, deleted config files still in the PMDG directory and searched every folder for other lingering leftovers, rebooted (for safe measure)
then reinstalled the MD-11 and then FSP, activated FSP bought the aircraft and same crash occured with the same error.
I just did the same steps after finding this post and not sure why Sanal chose to, but tried the same by deleting all the keyboard settings
one by one this time but it didn't help. Same exact crash.
Sanal, are you sure you didn't leave a step out? And has anyone else seen this issue?
I've asked PMDG as posted above but so far their at a loss to how I can eliminate windows or why this problem just sort of crept up the
way it did.
