fspassengersx.dll blocked

Hy, i still have this problem if i start the fsx i get the message "There are a problem with fspassengersx.dll This file has been blocked because you
don't have a valid digital signature that verifies the publisher."

Are there any solutions meanwhile, i am not able to use FSPassengersx for more than a half year now, it´s really pitty...
