Exporting to Va - "No Response"

I also did the search and found numerous results, the only issue to this is that they are all for some specific issue (good organization)
except that I cannot relate mine to those things becuase I dont even know what is wrong. There are literally no error messages except
when I try to use the export to VA function, where it says "no response from server".
When I try to access the admin for it, using http://example.com/FsPass/FsPadmin/ (not my real url, for obvious reasons) nothing happens
either. The page is blank, there are no errors, literally nothing happens.
The best way I can describe it, from what I can only guess at is that it works, and is in their properly, but just wont do anything.

Even if you are not sure what is wrong, is there anything, even possibly not related, that I could look at in PHP, Apache or MySQL that may
fix it? Possibly a feature in PHP that is turned off or something?

Again, without any "definitive" error message, I am not sure what to look at.
