invalid unlock key fspassenger x

Could not find my post.I must have done something wrong when trying to add it. Anyway I need a new unlock code please. The one you emailed me and
asked me to save does not work on a re-install. I've tried all the vista security fixes and nothing seems to work. So if this code is invalid now
could you email me a new one.
