I mean no offense whan I say that your English is very broken. Even though there may be a rule or something about posts, you may want
to type this in French (i am guessing it's your language) and place it in this post. I believe someone will be able to interpret it better so that
we get a better understanding of what you are trying to say.

I am guessing that you are wanting to disable the flap failure or flap penalty.
