How to make the ATC say the airline name again?

Go to General Setup in FsPX and then from the drop down box beside ATC Callsign select "Use FSX Atc callsign.

Also for the belly landing, verify that beside Visual effect that Visual effects are activated. If this is the case, you may need to kiss the runway. I cant remember the value required for belly landing but you need to be pretty smooth about it.
