Try pulling back throttle and descending a lot earlier. (Normally 70 miles away should work). If you're coming over the runway numbers at
300 miles an hour, it is definately the result of the descent planning.
The best way to fix the problem without having to change near-realistic internal settings is to just descend earlier, and at a lesser pace
(Not nose-diving.)
If you still can't get over the runway lower than 300 knots, you can edit the speed limit in the FSP files. :p
