Fuel Problem

Hello,

I'm having a strange problem. I'm flying the POSKY 738 on XP Fs2004, and I load the flight as usual, and load the fuel etc. When I check the fuel once
loaded, it matches the fuel I chose to have set in the flight screen. However after about 20 secs after FSP has started, my fuel suddenly says I have
got full tanks, and not what I had 10 mins ago. Why does it load the fuel I want, and then suddenly load all the fuel once FSP has started?
