Hi,
When using PMDG 747-400, I think you should better fill the fuel tanks with the PMDG fuel option (in the FS menu).
Then at starting the FSP flight, DO NOT move the fuel slider so then FSP keeps your fuel settings as PMDG fuel menu will set it alright
and correct.
The same applies to 747-200 by Ready For Pushback and other such advanced sims that has advanced and own fuel systems. It's
better using their own system.
No problem with FsPassengers because it will read your fuel amount, no matter in which tanks it's balanced.
