I found a payload file in the downloads section for the 747 and using that. FMC reports the same ZFW as reported by FSP loadsheet so I imagine it's
working correctly. There is plenty threads about the payload model of the 747 specially regarding the way you put fuel into the aircraft. Since I
never had issues and my ZFW is correct I just use the FSP payload file to do everything
