Ouch jboweruk. That sounded like some mishap :P. I actually found myself taking off and PAX adrenaline skyrocketed. Could understand why, until my
co-pilot yelled "We have an open cabin door!". I switched to spot-plane view, and yes, the door was still open. DOH!
