It's included, there is about 9000 entry in the ICAO database, howewer if a small airport isn't listed
one just need to click on "edit cfg file" in this dialog and add a line with the ICAO code the airport
or town name and the country name like that:
EGTO;Rochester;England
Save the file and your airport will be now listed in the price database.
Note: if an airport isn't listed it will still have special fuel price and taxes
but you will not see it in the database (the dialog showed here)
