In fact, transition altitude depends on the place where you are. FsP use an hard coded TA at 18 000. PSS gets the TA from the database used for the
MCDU. In this part, PSS is more realistic than FsP. Anyway to avoid useless penalties I force them back in the MCDU to 18 000 when setting departure
and destination..
