Anyway we might better start to say with what FsP will not work,
it may be faster...
For now beta tester didn't found any add-on or aircraft that don't work with FsP
and they have a lot of them.
This said, thinking about it I personnaly encountered a problem with one add-on:
FsCamera eat keyboard key so you might not be able to change a keyboard shortcut
in FsP if it's already used in FsCamera... that might not be a problem anyway there
is a lot of key to choose.
Fsp on its side follow up the key to the Fs2004 winproc so it doesn't eat keyboard shortcut
(IE: you can define F8 as FsP "mayday" key so you can extend your flaps in same time you call
a mayday
