What usually works best on a faster machine is to set the paging file to a minimum value and allow it to grow to the maximum value
(calcualated at 2X your total RAM). Also, you can change the registry so it cleans out on reboot.
In theory, that will force your machine to use your RAM, which is much faster, as opposed to the page file, which is cached off your HDD
and is slower.
