As a newcomer to FsP, I should probably not complain... FsP is a fantastic product
.
However, if there is a work around to the penalty for using the improper flap setting on takeoff, please let me know. As I started flying a
single in FsP (my 600+hours logged in FS9 doesn't count, I guess), I was pretty disappointed to see that I was being penalized for taking
off with flaps set to 0 deg which is the normal takeoff configuration for that plane (Carenado V35B) and most small singles. I have since
graduated to the Flt1 C-421 and again, am penalized for using the 421's normal takeoff configuration - 0 flaps. I can't find a way to turn off
the penalty in the FsP settings, so if anyone can tell me how to do it in the cfg file-I'd appreciate it.
