You gotta have the rep to get at least 50% load factor (4 pax), and keep the VIP price high. Also, make sure your fuel planning is tight, or
your profit margin disappears. I just flew a 1100 nm hop, and got 40K profit. It's small, but i'm in the green. Generally, yes, the other
planes pay for the Cit flights, but then again, that's why I have the Fokker - a 150nm short hop made me 300K...
