As SaVas said, :
1) at least one pilot need to fly all the planes of your fleet if you want the fleet bonus. (You don't have to have as many pilots than planes:
only one pilot is enough!)

2) All the planes should be airworhty

3/ The flight you were flying yourself should be good enough: if you get too many penalties, FsP consider you don't deserve the fleet
bonus, and say "no flight today" for the fleet.
