damn, you're right....

strange things is that the Fs9 function "XML_FLAPS_AVAILABLE" return TRUE on tri motor...
and also in the aircraft.cfg there are those line:

[Flaps.0]
type= 0
span-outboard= 0.5
extending-time= 0.0
system_type= 0
flaps-position.0= 0.0, 0.0
flaps-position.1= 0.0, 0.0

I'm not sure I understand well what they inttended to do here... still searching..
