And just to add something from "the other side" of FSP light penalties: just last flight I thundered down the runway (yeah right, in a C421 - ok, so I
more like whistled down the runway) and halfway to T/O noticed that I had forgotten LL and strobes... turned them on right then and continued the flight.

No penalty whatsoever...
