I am still not clear about the specific problems...especially about the joystick part, which has nothing to do with FsP and how the program functions.
That is purely the Airbus function. Whether to use tiller(joystick) or autorudder to maneuver the aircraft on the ground is your choice
FsP will not cause the aircraft to deviate from altitude while in flight unless you have a total electrical failure. Are you using FSX weather or an
addon? Is the autopilot engaged? The latter may sound like a silly question but needs to be asked. Also, are you certain that you don't have any key
conflicts between FSX key assignments and FsP key assignments? That may be part of the problem as well.
