Don't know if anyone except me have same problem, but for me SimConnect.msi from this site didn't help at all. Installer informed me that it's missing after I installed it, and
FSP won't start in FSX (SE). But i find solution for me, so maybe Im not so unique and anyone have same problem... Anyway in directory where your steam is instaled
/steam/Steamapps/common/FSX/SDK/Core Utilities Kit/SimConnect SDK\LegacyInterfaces is 3 versions of SimConnect. After I instaled (more init than install, in one case
it even don't popup licence terms) it starts to work
