DEV NEWS:
Lot of small updates in data file today (like money_currency.cfg or production_date.cfg for example) but the most notable things is that I moved from Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to Microsoft Visual Studio 2012.
Compilation of FsPassengers and various tools went flawlessly...

Now'll se what the tests say on differents OS.
For develloper maintaining the compatibility from Windows XP to Windows 8.1 x64 is somewhat an headeach. The documentations about that
are just papers, only the tests can really say if things works.
I'll link all the tools (exe) statically which mean that no one would need the CRT library installed, I'll also compile with the VS2012 - XP library
(V110_xp), this should ensure compatibility on OS that are separated by 14 years...
The only downside is that the executables are a bit larger (2MB instead of 300kb) but what is 2MB today when current game
make 1GB ? (FsPassengersX is yet only 98MB)
