Good news !
At first I was not very confident, but after some hard work FSXSE launched with FsPassengersX's menu. (It crashed before that)
I did found already the majors addresses, it start now fine and all the reports & menu of FsPX works.
There is still a lot of work for the flight part which use also a lot of addresses, but I'm more confident yet.
Another good news: Nick from Dovetail Game (The editor of FSXSE) contacted me and offered his help.
