Have you never heard of FSCaptain? FSC has everything that FSP has with the exception of the financial aspects. They have professional, friendly
customer support, timely bug fixes and new content is added regularly. You should check them out and see for yourself.

Just Flight has addon called Air Hauler, however it's for cargo flying only and lacks some good things that fsxpax has.

Guys who made REX (Real Environment Xtreme) are working on an addon called Simair, based on information available it should be kind of like
fspax but also include competition between user airlines and all that kind of stuff, it looks really promising and probably will be my choice when

Until that Fspassengers will remain number 1 addon for passenger virtual airline flying.
