Well, for myself, I have multiple pilots partly as a fall back for if something stupid happens to my main pilot, and so also add to the 'realism' or
the add-on in terms of having a pilot that corresponds to each of the a/c that I own, so my fleet bonus at the end of a flight isn't just 'piloted' by
'random virtual pilots'. I also have a couple of pilots that I use in different areas of the world - so one to fly European routes out of EGLL, one
to fly Middle east routes from EGLL to HECA, then HECA to HLUX, OBBI and Dubai, then one to fly transatlantic routes, and another to fly various
routes from my 'hub' in the US, KSFO.
May sound farfetched to some, but it's a system that works for me, although it doesn't boost money.
