Actually yes, no matter how a customer asks you treat them with respect and stay calm. The most loyal customer is often the customer who had an issue
with a company and the company helped resolve it to the customer's satisfaction. I hope if you do work for a company when a customer calls to
complain you don't shoot them down and hang up on them, you're losing your company a lot of revenue.
