I think that is actually a bigger problem than the forum.
Well, let's keep in mind this is a one-man operation. There are no separate departments to deal with tech support and customer support.
I also have to keep mentioning the documentation that comes with the software. It's thorough, well organized, and so on. You usually don't see that
kind of high quality software documentation anymore. This kind of work also takes time and dedication, and represents a good deal of tech support. How
many people have ever opened that file?
