I think a cool elemtn would be disabled pax. If your don't make the preperations and call ahead to your detination for wheelchairs etc, your
reputation goes down becasue those pax get angry for not reciving assistance.
Same could go with Un-accompanied minors. If a UAM is not attented to more in flight, or the pilot does not inform dispatch that there is a UAM
onboard and will need assistance at the gate, the reputation could take a hit.
Just ideas....
