It gets a little weird, evaluating human emotions using a game's point system. If they were flying to Baghdad or another war zone,theoretically they
shouldn't be surprised at being shot at. Honestly, in the real world, I don't think what they're thinking about the flight experience would reflect
much on the airline one way or the other, given they're landing in Baghdad. Generally they would likely be happy just to land safely.
