I had a similar experience yesterday with my new Saitek yoke, throttle and pedal system. The pedals were some how causing elevator movements and gear
retraction/extension movements everytime i put a rudder input in. Just had to fiddle around with all the button and axis settings in my 'controls'
folder in FSX.
