Where is FSX " texture.cfg" file located ?

In each Texture, or paint file, of any given aircraft you will find the texture.cfg file.
For instance, in the "B737_800" go to "texture1",open it and you'll find
"texture.cfg"

Never found any of these 'texture.cfg's in my version of FSX

This is what is in it,
[fltsim]

fallback.1=..\texture
fallback.2=..\..\..\..\Scenery\Global\texture
fallback.3=..\..\..\..\..\..\Scenery\Global\texture

And it references the "Fallback" he was searching for.
To be honest, it's a little deeper than I've ever had to go when it comes FSX!

I can't believe I missed that as I'm always digging around in the deepest places withing FSX (probably not a good idea)...
