I may have just encountered something that could cause your problem; was flying PHNL-KSFO in a default FSX B744 when about two minutes into climbout
the pax satisfaction drops like a stone to 56% (yes there had been a bit of turbulance rotate etc), but on looking at the in-flight report it told me
that 'destination had been cancelled'. I don't know if there's a hotkey combo for cancelling a destination, as I've always gone and done it
through the menu when I've had a problem that's required a divert.
