This leg was definitely one I didn't want to miss, but I'm in KATL this week celebrating Christmas with family of course
I didn't get to
leave until early Tuesday afternoon but got to fly part of the leg Tuesday a.m. The left engine decided to quit on me at FL250(using
Aeroworx King Air). Never saw any changes in engine temps or oil pressure,etc. Must've been so slight that it couldn't be detected with
this airplane
Landed at some small airport in the middle of nowhere land.
@Tracky...I did one of those hops to Meigs on Monday night...didn't make it in due to heavy snow and 1/4 mi. vis with heavy winds. I gave
up
@HB...I've got to grab that Mu-2...looks good! I know Mountain Air Cargo very well...I fly with those guys fairly often
