Agree but If one can make a spanish voice pack the same quality than the german I would be glad to include it. (there is work believe me)
Only concern is that a new voicpack add 6-8mb... I'm already about the size I fixed myself 80mb...
But nothing prevent someone to make a great one and put it in more download

compatibility:
Database are "upgrade" compatible fs9->fsx (but not downgrade compatible, it might work but you'll have probably strange report due to
new fsx value missing in fs9).
About fleet, yes sorry, you'll have to rebuy your fleet (don't forget you sell first your old one so you gain money) OR (technicall cheat)
you rename all the corresponding type you have in FsX to match the old Fs9 name... go to you aircraft.cfg and rename title=
with the same old name in fs9. This is a case of FAQ but of course done at your own risk...
