fabrytinx is right, although speed restrictions are solid, with airports like Toronto where noise abatement ends at 3,600 it would make
sence to ask for permission, and since it is easier to accelerate when lower thats what a lot of airlines like to do. I know for a fact
lufthansa pilots when comming out of cyyz almost always ask at around 4000. FsP should have an option of manually selecting
permission, when online.
