I believe like Dan said that the public beta should be released in November 2008 but like he said it is an estimate but he is 100% sure
that it will be finished by Christmas 2008.

I've had FSX for over a year now and i sits on my comp doing bugger all....why? I know you know why...but I'll tell you anyway.. because it's an empty
sim without something like this.
