So far FSPx has maybe taken 1fps off my usual in FSX even with the great new effects and sounds having said that im running a reasonable machine
(athlon 64x2 5600 4gbRam 512mb Nivda 7300) for the extra immersion FSPx adds to the FSX experience i think a few FPS is a worth while price
