Transition altitude/ level and flaps/gear speed limits

You could always disable the altimeter penalty. If you're anything like me, you're usually hitting the B key about once a minute anyway
when you're descending.

I could also disable all penalties, but I've paid 100% of cost (also for those penalty).
I think that disable penalties must be a free choice, not a chosen forced
