I have also a freeze point... there is a time where all suggestions in "request forum" on beta site are simply rejected...
But freeze point is not a bolean, for yet I reject almost all "new features" but accept those that concern one existing feature and are not time consuming or are mandatory.

But as said jay and highlander it's more complicated in reality, one tester may suggest a new feature that require *two* line of code and add a lot to the program, in this case it's accepted of course.
It's all about "coding time/coolness" factor.
